Terms & Conditions i1scr — Complete Platform Usage Guide

Welcome to i1scr. This Terms & Conditions document is a legally binding agreement between you ("Player" or "User") and the i1scr platform ("Platform", "We"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the i1scr platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and fully agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not proceed with registration or use of the platform. Continued use of the i1scr platform following any amendment to the terms will be deemed as acceptance of those changes.

I1scr reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. It is the player's responsibility to review the latest terms periodically. The most recent update date will always be displayed at the top of this document.

To register and use the i1scr platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Age 18 years and above on the date of registration.
• Being an individual with full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any list of individuals prohibited from using online gambling services.
• Not registering on behalf of any other individual or entity.
• Providing truthful, accurate, and up-to-date personal information during registration.

Each player is only permitted to hold one active account at any one time. Registering multiple accounts — even using different information — is a violation of these terms. i1scr reserves the right to verify each player's identity through the KYC (Know Your Customer) process at any time, including prior to processing the first withdrawal or when suspicious activity is detected.

During the KYC process, players may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued ID (MyKad or passport), proof of address, and documents related to the payment method used. All submitted documents will be processed securely and confidentially in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. i1scr recommends that you:

• Using a strong, unique password that is not used for any other account.
• Enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for added protection.
• Not sharing login credentials with any party, including family members.
• Log out of your account when using a shared device.
• Notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

I1scr shall not be held responsible for any losses arising from a player's failure to keep their account credentials confidential. Any activity conducted through your account — whether by you or any third party who gains access through your negligence — is entirely your responsibility.

I1scr accepts a wide range of payment methods for the convenience of Malaysian players, including DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).

Deposit Policy:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the player's own name.
• Deposits made through third parties or agents are not accepted and will be returned.
• I1scr does not charge fees for deposits; however, payment providers may impose their own charges.
• The minimum deposit amount is as stated on the platform's deposit page at the relevant time.

Withdrawal Policy:

• Withdrawals can only be processed to an account or digital wallet registered under the same player's name.
• Your first withdrawal requires full KYC verification to be completed.
• Withdrawal processing time is between 5 and 30 minutes, depending on the player's VIP membership tier.
• I1scr reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving large withdrawals.
• Any taxes or fees imposed by banks or payment providers are the player's responsibility.

I1scr offers a variety of bonuses and promotions from time to time to reward new and loyal players. Each bonus and promotion is subject to specific terms stated at the time the offer is presented, including:

• Wagering requirement: Bonuses must be wagered the required number of times before a withdrawal can be made.
• Validity period: Every bonus has a specific validity period. Bonuses not used within that period will expire automatically.
• Eligible games: Some bonuses may only be used on specific games or categories.
• Withdrawal limits: Winnings from bonuses may be subject to a maximum withdrawal limit as specified.
• One active bonus: Generally, only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise stated.

I1scr reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse — including the use of multiple accounts to repeatedly claim bonuses — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and may lead to account closure.

All games available on the i1scr platform are operated using an independently certified random number generator (RNG) to ensure the fairness and randomness of every game outcome. The return-to-player (RTP) value for each game is as stated by the respective game provider.

• Game outcomes recorded by the i1scr server are final and cannot be disputed.
• Any technical issues during gameplay — such as internet disconnection or sudden app closure — will not result in automatic bet recovery unless clear evidence shows the error originated from the platform.
• The use of bots, automated software, or any unauthorised technical assistance during gameplay is strictly prohibited.
• Attempting to exploit bugs or technical vulnerabilities in the system is a serious violation that will result in immediate action against the account.

I1scr partners with internationally acclaimed game providers such as Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, and Playtech. Each provider has its own game rules, which apply alongside these general terms. In the event of any conflict between a provider's rules and i1scr's terms, i1scr's terms shall prevail.

I1scr players are required to conduct themselves in a respectful and responsible manner at all times while using the platform. The following behaviour is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate action against the account:

• Fraud, identity impersonation, or providing false information during registration or KYC.
• Colluding with other players to exploit the gaming system or bonuses.
• Using multiple accounts for any purpose whatsoever.
• Attempting to launch any form of cyberattack, hacking, or technical exploitation against the platform.
• Use of offensive language, threats, or harassment directed at support staff or other players.
• Any activity suspected to be related to money laundering (AML).

I1scr reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at any time without prior notice if:

• The player has breached any provision of these terms and conditions.
• Player suspected of involvement in fraudulent activity or money laundering.
• Information provided during registration found to be inaccurate or false.
• Player account linked to suspicious activity or conduct that violates applicable laws.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

Players may also request to close their own account at any time by contacting our support team. Prior to closure, all active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled, or the relevant bonus will be forfeited. Any valid balance will be returned to the player once the verification process is complete.

For players who need a break from gaming, a temporary self-exclusion option is also available through account settings or by contacting customer support.

I1scr provides its gaming platform on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees regarding continuous availability or complete freedom from errors. To the extent permitted by law, i1scr is not liable for:

• Any direct or indirect financial losses arising from use of the platform.
• Service disruptions caused by maintenance, technical failures, or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses arising from legitimate game outcomes.
• Delays in transaction processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Unauthorized access to a player's account due to the player's own negligence.

I1scr reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to players via an in-platform notice or registered email. Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
